Online Store Policy

  • Orders ship between 2 and 4 business days, depending on availability.
  • Santillana USA reserves the right to hold any order for a security review.
    If your order is affected, you will be notified within three business days.

Payment Terms Policy:

  • Net 30, 9%
  • Textbooks can only be sold to schools or educational institutions.
  • We are unable to ship to U.S. territories and international locations other than Canada.
     

Shipping Cost:

  • Over $100.00:  9% of total order
  • Under $100.00:  $9.00 Flat fee
  • Additional Notes: Freight is paid by customer (except in case of damaged material or shipping error).

Return policy

  • Returns are only accepted within 3 months of shipping date.
  • Return authorization is required. Please provide the Order #, PO #, or our Packing list # in order to start the return process.

Refund policy

  1. Credit will be issued only on books received back in perfect condition.
  2. We'll refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes you were charged.
  3. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
  4. To receive a refund, the original packing invoice should accompany your return.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time by calling customer service—or log in in to your account. We are not able to cancel orders once they have shipped.
